Welcome to the web site for Richard R. Uslan, P.A., located in Somerville, New Jersey. Richard has effectively defended adults and juveniles charged with serious crimes and traffic violations, such as Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) and Drug Possession, for over twenty years. He has helped countless individuals to have their driving privileges restored, and has assisted many others to erase their criminal records or to change their names. He remains current with the ever-changing complexities of these areas of the law, and to assist him with defending those clients charged with Driving While Intoxicated, has become certified in the administration and evaluation of Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFST). He has lectured at police academies and universities on issues relating to evidence and constitutional law.
